Meet Our Senior Pastor
Simon Mangru
Simon and his wonderful wife, Ruth, are from Guyana where they answered God’s call to proclaim holiness of heart and life in the two churches where they enjoyed serving. Pastor also had the honor of teaching both at the college and university levels.
Before coming to Miami in 1992, they were used of the Lord in planting Titusville Calvary Church.
In North Miami Beach, they are ably assisted by a team of dedicated workers and their two wonderful children and spouses -Pastor Ted and Sandra Mangru, Karen and Santos Brizo- to make Christ known as Savior, Sovereign and Sanctifier through the power of the Holy Spirit.
They also have 4 lovely grand-children- one girl and three boys.
Meet Our Associate Pastor
THEODORE JONATHAN MANGRU
Theodore J. Mangru (Ted) is married to his precious wife Sandra Persaud Mangru. Lisa, Jonathan and David are the special children in their lives.
Ted was born in Guyana to Rev. Dr. Simon and Ruth Mangru. He moved to the North Miami Beach Church of the Nazarene and has served in every department since August 1992. Ted is touching many lives both as a nurse-practitioner with Chen-Medical and as Associate pastor at North Miami Beach Church. He received his first district license in 2012 and was ordained April 2019.
He is a product of God’s magnificent Grace and Mercy. His passion for the Lord Jesus Christ is to proclaim the gospel of total salvation with his family to saints and sinners in order to bring God all the honor, glory and praise forever.

Our Beliefs
We are a Christian, holiness and missional people who believe - In one God: The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
-In the Old and New Testament Scriptures.
- That man is born with a fallen nature. -
-That the unrepentant are eternally lost.-
-That the atonement through Jesus Christ is for the whole human race; that whoever repents and believes in the Lord Jesus Christ is saved.-
-That Believers are to be sanctified wholly and filled with the Holy Spirit through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.-
-That the Lord will return, the dead will be raised, and the final judgement will take place.-
